Job description
As a customer service representative at Nedlin Healthcare, you are the key link between the customer and the internal organization. You excel at turning every problem into a solution and ensure that customer satisfaction is elevated to a higher level. This is what you'll do
As a customer service representative , you are the first point of contact for our customers. Together with your colleagues from inside sales and account managers, you ensure that Nedlin's service and customer satisfaction are elevated to a higher level. You frequently liaise with our customers' contacts and discuss ongoing matters based on an action list. Thanks to regular work meetings, you are never alone and have all the space to develop yourself. You independently address customer needs and complaints with our production team and are responsible for ensuring their proper resolution.
The Customer service representative we are looking for is responsible for
Customer satisfaction of our customers at the operational level.
Compiling dashboards, analyses, and reports.
Understanding customer needs and translating them into achievable and business-oriented solutions.
Independently and solution-oriented addressing customer requests, complaints, or inquiries.
Job requirements
As a customer service representative at Nedlin Healthcare, you have a strong sense of sales and customer service.
Furthermore, you bring the following:
Bachelor's degree level of education and thinking.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with our customers.
Strong in making connections, looking ahead, and anticipating.
Solution-oriented, structured, and systematic.

A gross monthly salary between €2.415 and €3.021 depending on your knowledge and experience.
