Here's what you'll do
We rent out clean workwear to large and medium-sized industrial companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Think of companies like Heineken, Mars, DSM, Sabic, and Mora. You're the main contact person for all daily and operational questions from our customers. You greet them kindly. If input is needed to answer questions, you coordinate with our production department. With each customer, you interact with different layers within the organization. You speak with the clothing coordinator, the procurement manager, and perhaps even the facility manager. You dive deep into discussions with your customers, forming a true bond and quickly understanding their needs.
Furthermore, these are your tasks:
You perform commercial administrative tasks
You compile dashboards, analyses, and reports and provide advice regarding the services, including the clothing package and clothing management
You are jointly responsible for negotiations, calculating and elaborating on quotations, and drafting contracts and contract renewals
You onboard new customers together with the New Business team
You'll work alongside three other account managers, ensuring successful and enjoyable cooperation with our customers. You'll visit our customers 2 to 3 times a week. The rest of the time, you'll work with your commercial colleagues in the office. Additionally, you'll be supported by three colleagues from the commercial inside sales team and report directly to Joris Hendriks, our commercial director. This way, you can focus on retaining and further expanding your existing relationships with peace of mind.
Job requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and thinking level
Some experience as an account manager with the ambition to further develop in this role
Strong communication skills at operational, tactical, and strategic levels
Good sense of commerce and service provision
Strong in analysis, making connections, forward-looking, and anticipating
Structured and systematic work approach
