Shiftleader Production

As a Shiftleader at Nedlin Hospitality, you lead the production coordinators and report to the head of production. You indirectly oversee the operators and production workers. With your coaching leadership style, you ensure that production runs efficiently and smoothly.

• Responsible for the supervision and coaching of 40 to 50 direct and indirect employees.

• You arrange and optimize production and personnel schedules and monitor work progress.

• You are results-oriented and drive towards goals and quality.

• You organize work meetings on the production floor.

• You collaborate on improvement proposals and their implementation.

• You handle customer requests in coordination with account managers.

• Developing and implementing a production plan.

As a shiftleader at Nedlin Hospitality in Elsloo, you are a true go-getter and perseverant. You keep the laundry flow on track by motivating colleagues. • Experience as a leader in an operational environment.

• Logistics and technical insight, proficient with processes.

• People manager who is empathetic with a listening ear.

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.

• A salary that can reach up to €3,749 gross per month (based on 40 hours) depending on your knowledge and experience.

• You work from Monday to Friday in 2 staggered shifts, with corresponding allowances.
